1.What kind of Control Panel I can use?

Answer- We offer three different Hosting panels for different plans.

For BASIC Panel - Cpanel X(NO ADS) - 500MB Disk Space

For PREMIUM Panel - Cpanel X - 2GB Disk Space(AD SUPPORTED)

For ULTIMATE Panel - Cpanel X - 5GB Disk space.(AD SUPPORTED)

2.How many free hosting accounts can I have?

Answer- You can have 1 account per house hold. If you create multiple accounts, your all the accounts that you have registered will be suspended. You can create accounts according to your requirements.

3.How much disk space you can offer for free?

Answer-We offer following Disk Space for 2 different hosting plans.

BASIC - 500MB Disk Space(NO ADS)

PREMIUM - 2GB Disk Space.(AD SUPPORTED)

ULTIMATE - 5GB Disk Space.(AD SUPPORTED)

4.Do you offer paid hosting?

Answer- We don't offer paid hosting. This free hosting site is for those who want to have a great website without paying money. You should start using our services we offer. If you use our services seriously we may increase your disk space from 5GB to 8GB and your Bandwidth from 40GB to 70GB.[NOTE - IT IS ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU CHOOSE OUR ULTIMATE PLAN]

5.Can I upload files via FTP?

Answer- Yes you can upload via FTP directly to your account without the need of opening browser.

6.Which files can I upload?

Answer- You can upload all kind of files but you should not upload warez, adult or any other copyrighted materials to our server. We will suspend your account for such activities.

7.Do you allow gaming sites?

Answer- We allow gaming sites, forums and other business related sites, personal site and other sites except gambling, adult, and warez sites. All kinds of gaming sites except Adult gaming sites are allowed here!

8. I have not received confirmation mail, what should I do?

Answer- You have not received confirmation email as you have entered wrong email address, or you better check your junk/ spam folder, the mail should be there. After you confirm, you will receive another mail where you will find your account information. If you still have problems, you can post in Problems and Solution section.

9. Will you place ads on my site?

Answer- No, we will not place ads on your site in case of BASIC plan but we will place a banner ad at the bottom of your website for Premium or Ultimate plan.

10.How can I login to cpanel account?

Answer- To log in to your account - click on the link - http://freehostingworld.cu.cc/login.html

11.How much Bandwidth I get with 500MB Disk Space as BASIC member?

Answer- Initially, you will get 5GB Bandwidth/month. We have no upgrade system for free. Other than this bandwidth you are getting 8 Domains(Add-on, Sub and Parked), 8MySQL Databases, PHPMyAdmin, Cron Jobs, Custom Error pages, Password protecting directories and files, Website builder, FTP Support and much more!

12.What I will do if I forget my password?

Answer- You simply visit the login page http://cpanel.freehostingworldpremium.cu.cc/ for PREMIUM Member and http://cpanel.freehostingworldultimate.cu.cc/ for ULTIMATE Members and click on lost password and retrive it.

13.Don't you offer big hosting features for free like 10GB web hosting or unlimited web hosting?

Answer- We give away 5GB web hosting for free. Your account will be upgraded[FOR ULTIMATE USERS ONLY] to 8GB if you become our active member and if you post at least one topic per month in our forum.

14.How can I sign up for free web hosting?

15.What name servers can be used for add-on domain?

Answer- You can use our name servers for your own domain.

16.Will you place ads on my site?

Answer - We will not place ads on your site if you register for BASIC account EXCEPT PREMIUM AND ULTIMATE ACCOUNTS.

17.Will I have to post in your forum for keeping my hosting account active?

Ans-  For premium plan, you donot have to post but have to register in our forum. But you must login to your Cpanel account once in a month.

18. What will I do if My hosting account get suspended?

Answer- You will post a reactivate request under Request category and we will reactivate your account within 2-3 days.

 19.Do you have ticket system for support?

Answer- Yes, you can find it in your Cpanel. But Forum Support is best!!

20.Can I place my own ads on my site?

Answer- Yes, you can place your own ads.
